A PARANORMAL investigator has written a new book to educate people about ghosts.

Elaine Kelly, who runs ghost hunting business Spectre Detectors has documented some of her favourite investigations in her book Entering The Darkness - A paranormal Quest.

The 43-year-old, of Coundon, has been investigating the paranormal for six years after leaving her supermarket job.

She has included ten investigations which she carries out with other physic mediums and says she has often caught spirits on camera and their voices with a special machine.

Some of the photographs are included in the work.

"It's not about buildings being haunted because I don't believe they are - it's about the people who come back to visit and connect with us before leaving," she said. "There's nothing to be scared of."

The book costs £3.49 on Kindle of £4.99 as a paperback.
